We are a multi-disciplined consulting firm specializing in Transportation Engineering, Municipal Engineering, Structural Engineering, Civil/Site Design, and Landscape Architecture. Our qualified staff of Engineers, Designers, and Landscape Architects possess the experience and expertise for your project needs. At Engineering Resources every client is important.

We serve a diverse base of private and public sector clients, architects, contractors, and other engineering firms. We strive to exceed your expectations. Let us be your resource for engineering services. Engineering Resources is licensed in Indiana and the adjacent states as well as many other states throughout the country. Our staff of 40 individuals includes 21 licensed professional engineers, 4 licensed structural engineers, 7 engineering interns, and 2 landscape architects.

Additionally, our staff includes LEED-accredited professionals and certified professionals in erosion and sediment control. We use our talents and gifts to serve our community, influence our society, and provide for our families so the world will be better tomorrow than it is today.

Lead designer of the $1.1 million project that has been a catalyst for additional downtown improvements in Bluffton.
Provided a multi-use space for activities while enhancing the entrance into the Wells County Courthouse.
This plaza provides a combination of hardscape and softscape elements to promote flexibility and charm.
Retaining wall design throughout park and seawalls on north and south side of river utilizing H-pile deep foundation system.
Incorporated entry arch, Victorian clock, and marble checker board tables along with parking for 15 vehicles.
Project replaced existing failing ultraviolet disinfection equipment at wastewater treatment plant.
Coordinated with Owner's selected equipment manufacturer to ensure existing UV channel structure could be reused.
Design allowed for flow to be maintained through existing structure during installation of new equipment.
Repaired 3500 feet of aging carbon steel chilled water pipes with cured in place pipe (16" to 24").
Provided municipal drinking water and fire protection to industry on the west side of the tracks.
Bridge rehabilitation project in conjunction with construction of Fort Wayne's riverfront Promenade Park.
Sidewalks widened, providing an improved pedestrian link between the two sides of the park.
Aggregate selections for the polymeric concrete overlay were made to create three distinct surfaces.
Site constraints, such as existing flag stone wall and adjacent intersection, were integrated into design.

Engineering Resources typically hires two to four college-level engineering or landscape architecture students each summer.
An internship with us can supplement a student's education with real-world experience and offer broad exposure to the multitude of service areas provided by the company.
Responsibilities and task assignments may include: AutoCAD and/or REVIT drafting and plan production, assisting with design computations, quantity calculations and cost estimation, shop drawing review, and construction inspection.
